Job Description

Job Title: Part-Time Sales Travel Consultant

Working Hours: 2 PM to 6 PM (4 hours daily)

Working Days: Monday to Friday (Total 20 days per month)

Salary:

Fixed Salary: Rs. 5,000 – Rs. 6,000 per month
Commission: Earn commission after completing 5 sales per month; commission structure begins from 6 sales onwards
Rs. 300 allowance for phone expenses

Job Type: Part-Time (with a potential for full-time conversion after 3 months probation period)

Job Description:

Contact travel agents to sell our travel packages.
Meet a monthly sales target of 5 sales (commission starts from 6 sales).
Build relationships and maintain regular communication with agents.
Be punctual and adhere to working hours.
Reporting: Keeping track of your sales progress and providing regular updates to the management team.

Candidate Requirements:

Must be punctual and a quick learner.
Strong communication skills.
Sales experience preferred but not required.
Availability to work 4 hours/day, 5 days/week.

Probation & Terms:

3-month probation period.
Unsatisfactory performance during probation may lead to termination without notice.
