Job Description
We are hiring for Patient Care Coordinator (PCCs): Someone who can work from our clinic & serve patients with top notch patient experience.
Key Responsibilities in Sales:
- Building Referral Network: Develop and nurture relationships with doctors, pharmacies, and other relevant businesses to increase referrals to the assigned clinic.
- Executing Offline Marketing Activities: Plan and implement offline marketing strategies to promote the clinic, including but not limited to events, seminars, and outreach programs as and when required.
- Field Visits: Conduct field visits to promote the clinic and build partnerships.
Key Responsibilities in Operations:
- Patient Care : Liaise with patients and healthcare providers to schedule consultations, counselling sessions, and tests. Ensure timely communication of next steps in patient care using various Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms.
- Patient Communication: Respond to patient queries promptly and courteously, ensuring the best possible experience for our patients throughout their healthcare journey.
- Task Prioritization: Effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of services.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience in sales, marketing, or operations, preferably in the healthcare industry.
- Strong interpersonal and networking skills with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and other relevant software programs.
- Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
