Experience: 1+ years
Requirement Specification/JD:
● Candidate with good Hindi (must) and English communication skills, with any life
sciences degree.
● Strong communication skills in verbal & written must. Empathy in spoken languages.
● Outreach sales- Inside sales wherein connecting with a patient/ family to understand
his/her requirement & get enrolled in our program, should have strong selling skills,
convincing for payment, get their medical reports, vigilant to follow checklists, ask additional
information from patients if required.
● Should be open to learning about Cancer & oncology. Domain knowledge of
medical terminology will be helpful.
Work Timing: Shifts are from 10am-7pm
Working Days: 2 days off in a given week, not necessarily weekends (i.e. depending on schedule weekly
offs might be Fri/Sat, or Tue/Wed etc. in rotation with others)
Education: Any life science graduate preferred/ open to candidates from other streams with experience
in healthcare-sales
