8. Prepare and submit internal and external payroll reports.
9. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws and regulations.
10. Collaborate with HR on employee status changes and benefits deductions.
11. Resolve payroll discrepancies and answer payroll-related inquiries.
12. Review timesheets for accuracy and completeness.
13. Reconcile payroll accounts and prepare necessary payroll journal entries.
14. Assist with audits related to payroll.
