Job Description

Handling office indoor work and outdoors too. Timings 12 noon to evening 7 pm. Railway pass ordinary class will be given after one month of work. No Holidays on Public holidays, except Sunday. Candidate must be able to lift Luggage up till 15 kgs.

Responsibilities:

Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the office premises.

Running office-related errands including mail delivery and collection.

Assisting with minor clerical tasks such as photocopying, filing, and document distribution.

Preparing and serving refreshments to staff and visitors.

Supporting office staff with various administrative tasks.

Ensuring timely courier and postal services.

Monitoring and restocking office supplies.

Pick up and deliver packages to specified locations according to the schedule.

Plan and follow the most efficient routes for timely deliveries.

Handle goods with care and ensure they are delivered in perfect condition.

Manage delivery documentation and obtain necessary signatures.
