Job Description
Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support a senior executive or business professional. The ideal candidate will manage schedules, communication, and administrative tasks while ensuring efficiency and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Calendar & Schedule Management
- Manage and coordinate the daily schedule, meetings, and appointments.
- Organize travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and transport.
- Set reminders and ensure punctuality for important commitments.
2. Communication & Correspondence
- Handle emails, phone calls, and messages on behalf of the executive.
- Draft, proofread, and format official letters, reports, and presentations.
- Act as a point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
3. Administrative Support
- Maintain confidential records and documents.
- Manage office supplies, files, and databases efficiently.
- Assist with event planning, research, and special projects.
4. Task & Project Coordination
- Monitor deadlines and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Conduct market research or data collection when needed.
- Assist in personal and professional errands.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (preferred).
Technical & Soft Skills:
✔ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
✔ Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) & email management.
✔ Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
✔ Discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism.
✔ Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
✔ Ability to work independently and handle pressure.
