- Basic Computer Skills.

- Need to handle clients and work with International clients.

- Sometimes have to travel (On Company Expense)

Assist with scheduling and organizing meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements

Manage and maintain executive’s calendar

Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations

Answer and screen phone calls and redirect them when appropriate

Greet visitors and handle inquiries when appropriate

Handle confidential information with discretion

Monitor and respond to emails

Prepare expense reports

Prepare agendas for meetings

Take notes and minutes during meetings

Research and create reports

Coordinate project-based work
