Job Description

You must be smart enough to maintain personal and public relations with all people involved in these businesses , government people , clients , staffs , customers involved .
Must be good in handling tough situations
Must be good at liasoning with govt and private officials when required
Scheduling: Organizing meetings and appointments, and managing the chairman's calendar

Communication: Answering phone calls, responding to emails, and liaising with clients

Documentation: Preparing internal and external documents, and maintaining a filing system

Travel: Booking travel arrangements

Events: Planning and organizing events

Correspondence: Handling correspondence, drafting emails, and taking minutes

Confidentiality: Handling private and confidential matters for the chairman
