Personal Assistant to CEO, the founder lady.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Meeting Preparation,
- Confidentiality,
- Presentation Preparation:
- Technology Savvy,
- Personal Assistance
- Official Visits & Travel outside,
- Manage the CEO’s calendar
- Act as the first point of contact for the CEO with internal and external clients
- Develop and maintain an efficient documentation and filing system
- Produce reports, presentations, and briefs as needed
- Handle incoming requests and queries appropriately
- Graduation(bba preferred or related), smart(active & highly motivated),
