Job Title: Personal Assistant to Director of Marketing and Business Development

Job Location: Zirakpur

Job Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain the Director’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
Conduct research, compile data, and prepare reports for consideration and presentation by the Director.
Handle incoming and outgoing communication on behalf of the Director.
Assist in planning and coordinating events, including liaising with vendors, clients, and internal teams.
Manage and organize the Director’s office, ensuring all necessary supplies are available and organized.
Support marketing and business development activities, including social media management and content creation.
Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a personal assistant or similar role.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with office gadgets and applications.
High level of attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
Understanding of marketing and business development principles is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree or relevant certification is preferred.
