Job Description
We are hiring Pest Control Executive to join our growing team. If you are hardworking, reliable, and willing to learn, this is a great opportunity—even for freshers. Full training and support will be provided.
Perform pest control services at customer locations (homes/offices)
Identify pest problems and use proper treatment methods
Maintain cleanliness and safety while handling chemicals

Key Responsibilities of a Pest Control Executive
1. Pest Inspection and Assessment

Site Inspection: Conduct thorough inspections of properties or premises to identify signs of pest infestation, including rodents, insects, termites, bedbugs, cockroaches, ants, and other common pests.

Assess Damage: Evaluate the extent of the pest problem and assess potential risks to the property and its inhabitants, including food contamination, structural damage, or health hazards.

Identify Pest Types: Identify the specific type of pest causing the problem, using knowledge of pest behaviors and characteristics to determine the most effective treatment.
2. Pest Control Treatment and Solutions

Apply Pest Control Treatments: Administer appropriate pest control treatments such as pesticides, insecticides, traps, or fumigation to eliminate or control infestations. This can include both chemical and non-chemical treatments depending on the situation.

Integrated Pest Management (IPM): Follow the principles of IPM to use the least toxic methods, employing biological, mechanical, and cultural control methods alongside chemical treatments.

Preventive Measures: Suggest and implement preventive measures such as sealing cracks, removing pest entry points, improving sanitation, and installing barriers to reduce future infestations.
3. Customer Interaction and Service

Client Consultation: Communicate with clients to discuss pest issues, explain treatment options, and provide guidance on the best course of action.

Explain Treatments: Explain pest control treatments and products to clients, ensuring they understand the processes involved, the safety precautions, and the expected outcomes.

Customer Satisfaction: Address customer concerns, answer questions, and ensure satisfaction by offering follow-up services to monitor pest issues and make adjustments as necessary.

Recommendations: Advise clients on long-term pest control strategies to prevent future infestations, such as proper waste disposal, cleaning schedules, and landscaping practices.
4. Documentation and Reporting

Record Keeping: Maintain detailed records of inspections, treatments, chemicals used, and any follow-up work. This includes keeping track of client interactions, pest control actions, and scheduling future appointments.

Compliance with Regulations: Ensure that all pest control methods are in line with industry standards and regulatory requirements, including safe use and disposal of chemicals, especially in sensitive areas such as food establishments and healthcare facilities.

Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports to management or clients, summarizing the work performed, results achieved, and any recommendations for further actions.
5. Inventory Management

Chemical and Equipment Stocking: Monitor inventory levels of pest control chemicals, traps, and equipment to ensure that all necessary tools are available when needed.

Ordering Supplies: Ensure that appropriate quantities of pest control products are ordered in time, maintaining a well-organized stock of necessary materials.
6. Safety and Compliance

Health and Safety: Follow strict health and safety guidelines to protect clients and oneself from harmful chemicals and pest-borne diseases. This includes using protective equipment, safe handling, and disposal of chemicals.

Regulatory Compliance: Stay updated on local and national pest control regulations and ensure compliance with environmental laws, health codes, and pesticide use standards.
