PhD Fellowship Structural Genomics conducts Centre for Genomic Regulation
The CNAG-CRG is one of the major Genome Sequencing Centers in Europe with a park of thirteen second generation DNA sequencers supported by an extensive informatics infrastructure.
Responsibilities:
1.Development and implementation in TADbit of a module for analysis and modeling 4C-Seq data.
2. Will apply the newly develop methods to study the 3D conformation of chromosomes in beta cells.
Requirements:
1. Master degree in Bioinformatics or a related field.
2. Demonstrated experience in Bioinformatics analysis.
3. Knowledge of 3C related techniques will be a plus.
Conditions : Fellowship for 3 years with a PhD salary as for CNAG-CRG’s scale.
