One should know to take a Neat Blood Sample Collection, To Operate Computer System and To Deal with Patient, Etc.
Perform venipunctures and fingersticks to collect blood samples.
Adhere to safety protocols and infection control measures during specimen collection.
Maintain accurate records of collected samples and patient information.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure the accuracy of collected specimens.
Provide exceptional patient care by creating a comfortable and reassuring environment.
Skills:
Excellent knowledge of venipuncture techniques and blood collection procedures.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills for patient interaction.
Understanding of medical terminology and laboratory safety protocols.
