Job Description
We are seeking a creative and skilled Photographer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for detail, a passion for storytelling, and the ability to produce high-quality images that align with our brand's vision. This role involves capturing and editing images for various purposes, including events, products, marketing campaigns, and social media content.
Key ResponsibilitiesPhotography:
- Capture high-quality images in various settings, including studio, outdoor, and on-location shoots.
- Plan and execute photography projects to meet deadlines and client requirements.
Editing and Post-Production:
- Edit and retouch photos using software like Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, or equivalent tools.
- Ensure consistency in color, tone, and composition across all images.
Concept Development:
- Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to understand project requirements and develop creative concepts.
- Suggest innovative ideas to enhance visual storytelling.
Equipment Management:
- Maintain photography equipment and ensure it is in working condition.
- Stay updated on new photography technologies and techniques.
Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with designers, content creators, and marketing teams to align visuals with the brand strategy.
- Provide input during brainstorming sessions for campaigns and projects.
Other Tasks:
- Manage and organize an archive of digital images.
- Adhere to brand guidelines while delivering creative content.
- Proven experience as a Photographer or in a similar role (portfolio required).
- Proficiency in photo editing software (e.g., Adobe Suite, Capture One).
- Strong understanding of composition, lighting, and color theory.
- Ability to handle and troubleshoot professional photography equipment.
- Creativity and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Degree or certification in photography, visual arts, or a related field.
- Experience in video production or editing is a plus.
- Knowledge of social media trends and requirements for visual content.
