Job Overview

We are seeking a talented and creative Photographer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for detail, an artistic vision, and technical expertise in photography. They will be responsible for capturing high-quality images for various purposes, including commercial, editorial, event, and portrait photography.

Key Responsibilities

Photography & Image Capture

Plan, set up, and execute photo shoots based on client or company needs.
Operate and maintain professional cameras, lighting, and other photographic equipment.
Capture high-resolution images in different settings (e.g., studios, outdoor locations, corporate offices, events, etc.).
Ensure proper composition, lighting, and styling in every shot.
Use different photographic techniques to achieve the desired artistic or commercial effect.

Editing & Post-Production

Edit and retouch images using software such as Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Capture One, or other post-processing tools.
Adjust colors, exposure, contrast, and sharpness to enhance image quality.
Remove imperfections, unwanted elements, and enhance the overall look of photos.
Maintain consistency in image quality and aesthetics.

Client & Project Management

Work closely with clients, art directors, designers, or marketing teams to understand their vision and requirements.
Suggest creative ideas and concepts to meet client expectations.
Ensure timely delivery of edited photographs.
Manage multiple photography projects simultaneously while maintaining quality.

Equipment & Studio Management

Maintain and organize photography equipment, ensuring it is in good working condition.
Set up lighting, backdrops, and props as needed for shoots.
Arrange and manage photo studio space if applicable.

Marketing & Business Development (For Freelance Photographers)

Promote photography services through social media, websites, and networking.
Build and maintain a portfolio showcasing high-quality work.
Negotiate pricing and contracts with clients.
Stay updated on industry trends and techniques.
