Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Photography Services:
-
Take clear and professional passport-size photographs for various official documents such as ID cards, visas, resumes, licenses, and applications.

Guide customers with proper pose, facial expression, and attire for passport or official photos as per standard specifications.

Edit photos using software like Photoshop or other photo-editing tools to adjust brightness, background, cropping, or other enhancements as required.

Print passport-size photos using high-quality photo printers and maintain proper file storage for recurring customer use.
2. Cyber Café Operations:
-
Provide printout services from emails, USB drives, phones, or other storage devices in color or black-and-white.
-
Perform document scanning and help customers save or email scanned copies.

Send and receive emails on behalf of customers, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.

Handle online form filling, downloading government forms, exam applications, or college admission forms.
3. Digital Payment & Transaction Services:
-
Assist customers in money withdrawals using Aadhaar card via Aadhaar Enabled Payment Systems (AEPS) or biometric devices.
-
Facilitate debit or credit card transactions securely using card swipe machines or POS systems.
-
Provide assistance with mobile or online banking tasks if customers need help.
4. Customer Support & Shop Management:

Greet walk-in customers, understand their needs, and provide timely, efficient service.

Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the work area, including the camera station, computers, and printers.

Keep stock of photo paper, printing ink, and other supplies required for daily operations.

Handle billing, prepare receipts, and maintain daily transaction records.
5. Technical Maintenance & Troubleshooting:
-
Operate and maintain digital cameras, printers, scanners, and biometric devices in proper working condition.

Perform minor troubleshooting for software, printer jams, or system lags.
-
Report major technical issues to the manager or service technician for immediate resolution.
6. Safety, Privacy & Data Handling:
-
Ensure customer data confidentiality when dealing with personal documents or ID details.

Avoid storing sensitive customer data unless authorized and keep backups of important files when needed.

Handle all transactions securely and follow store protocols for managing digital and financial information.
