Job Description

We are seeking a skilled PHP Developer to join our dynamic development team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of PHP and related technologies, with the ability to build robust web applications and services. You will collaborate with designers and other developers to create high-quality software solutions that meet our business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, test, and maintain web applications using PHP and related technologies.
Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
Design and optimize database structures and queries.
Troubleshoot and debug applications to ensure optimal performance.
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
Document development processes, code changes, and application features.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience as a PHP Developer (2+ years preferred).
Strong knowledge of PHP frameworks (e.g., Laravel, Symfony).
Experience with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
Familiarity with databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.) and SQL.
Understanding of RESTful APIs and web services.
Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git).
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with additional programming languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript).
Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).
Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
