Job Description

Urgently need Physiotherapist

Experience- 5 years with RCI Registration

Timings-

8:00 am to 12:00 pm ( morning)

3:00 pm to 8:00pm( evening)

Salary- 4.20 lac per annum

Job Overview:

We are looking for a qualified and compassionate Physiotherapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will assess, diagnose, and treat patients with physical conditions caused by injuries, illnesses, or disabilities. This role involves working closely with patients to develop personalized treatment plans and improve mobility, function, and overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Patient Assessment & Diagnosis

Conduct physical examinations to assess patient mobility, strength, and function.
Diagnose conditions related to injuries, musculoskeletal disorders, neurological impairments, and post-surgical recovery.
Develop and implement customized treatment plans based on patient needs.

2. Treatment & Rehabilitation

Utilize techniques such as manual therapy, exercise programs, electrotherapy, and heat/cold therapy.
Guide patients through therapeutic exercises to improve strength and flexibility.
Provide pain management techniques and postural correction guidance.
Educate patients on injury prevention, posture improvement, and self-care strategies.

3. Patient Care & Progress Monitoring

Track patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
Maintain accurate patient records, assessments, and therapy notes.
Collaborate with doctors, surgeons, and other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care.

4. Equipment & Safety Management

Use and maintain physiotherapy equipment and tools efficiently.
Ensure compliance with safety protocols and hygiene standards in the clinic.

Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy (BPT/MPT).
5 years of experience in physiotherapy or rehabilitation with RCI Registration.
Strong understanding of human anatomy, biomechanics, and rehabilitation techniques.
Excellent communication and patient-handling skills.
Ability to motivate and educate patients on self-care techniques.
Proficiency in modern physiotherapy techniques and technology.
