Job Description

Assessing patients: Evaluating patients' movement and joint problems to diagnose their physical condition
Planning treatments: Designing and reviewing treatment plans that may include exercises, massage, ultrasound, and other techniques
Educating patients: Advising patients on how to prevent injuries and improve their condition
Documenting progress: Keeping accurate records of treatment and progress
Collaborating with other professionals: Working with other health professionals, such as GPs, consultants, and occupational therapists, to exchange information and refer patients
Staying up to date: Keeping up with new techniques and technologies, and attending educational workshops
Supervising others: Supervising student and junior physiotherapists and physiotherapy support workers
Maintaining a safe environment: Complying with infection-control policies and protocols to protect patients and employees
