Physiotherapist - Kalwa
Job Description
Assess and evaluate patients’ physical conditions, medical history, and functional abilities.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to restore movement and improve function.
Use various therapeutic techniques, including exercises, manual therapy, electrotherapy, and hydrotherapy.
Educate patients on exercises and techniques to enhance recovery and prevent further injury.
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
Work collaboratively with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Maintain accurate records of patient assessments, treatments, and progress reports.
Provide guidance on injury prevention, ergonomics, and lifestyle modifications.
Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations and ethical practices.
Stay updated with advancements in physiotherapy techniques and best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Patient Assessment and Diagnosis:

Initial Assessment: Conduct thorough evaluations of patients’ physical conditions, including their medical history, symptoms, posture, and movement patterns.

Diagnosis and Treatment Planning: Diagnose physical issues and develop individualized treatment plans aimed at improving mobility, strength, flexibility, and overall function.

Monitoring Progress: Track and assess patient progress regularly, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal recovery outcomes.
2. Treatment and Rehabilitation:

Therapeutic Techniques: Apply various physiotherapy techniques, such as manual therapy, joint mobilization, exercises, electrotherapy, heat, cold therapy, and other specialized methods.

Exercise Programs: Develop and guide patients through therapeutic exercise programs tailored to their specific needs to improve strength, coordination, and mobility.

Pain Management: Assist patients in managing pain through physical techniques, modalities, and education about pain management strategies.

Injury Prevention: Provide advice and techniques to prevent injury, including ergonomic assessments and postural correction.
3. Patient Education:
