5. Faridabad - 4 opening
Shift Time:
4:00 PM To 1:00 AM/9:00 PM To 6:00 AM

Key Responsibilities

Order Picking:
Locate and retrieve items from shelves or storage areas based on customer orders using picking lists, handheld scanners, or digital systems. -
Packing:
Safely and securely pack items into boxes or containers. Ensure the correct type and size of packaging is used to avoid damage during transit. -
Labeling and Tagging:
Attach shipping labels, barcodes, and any required documentation to packed orders. Ensure labels are legible and placed correctly. -
Inventory Management Support:
Report stock discrepancies, damages, or shortages. Assist in regular inventory counts and cycle checks as needed. -
Quality Control:
Inspect items for defects, damages, or incorrect products before packing. Ensure each item meets quality standards. -
Use of Tools and Equipment:
Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, hand trucks, or trolleys (training provided if necessary). Use barcode scanners or inventory systems as part of daily tasks. -
Work Area Maintenance:
Keep the picking and packing areas clean, organized, and free from hazards. Dispose of waste materials properly and follow warehouse safety guidelines. -
Order Verification:
Double-check item numbers, quantities, and order details before shipping. Cross-check packed items against pick lists or digital records. -
Team Collaboration:
Communicate effectively with warehouse team members, supervisors, and shipping departments to ensure smooth workflow. -
Meeting Deadlines and Targets:
Work efficiently to meet hourly or daily picking/packing quotas and contribute to overall team productivity.
