Job Description

Hiring picker/packer rotational shifts. Only hiring for male and minimum 12th pass from any board and candidate can read and write English every person can do from Telangana Or other state.

Job Summary:

A Picker/Packer is responsible for picking, packing, and preparing products for shipment in a warehouse or distribution center. The role involves sorting, labeling, quality checks, and ensuring timely order fulfillment while maintaining safety and efficiency standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Order Picking & Packing

Pick products from shelves according to order lists.
Pack items securely in boxes, ensuring correct quantity and quality.
Label, seal, and prepare shipments for dispatch.

2. Inventory & Stock Management

Assist in stock replenishment and cycle counting.
Report damaged, missing, or incorrect items to the supervisor.
Maintain proper stock arrangement for easy retrieval.

3. Quality Control & Safety Compliance

Perform basic quality checks on products before packing.
Follow warehouse safety rules and proper lifting techniques.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace.

4. Loading & Dispatch Support

Assist in loading and unloading shipments.
Ensure proper documentation and order accuracy.

Key Skills & Competencies

Basic reading, writing, and numerical skills.
Ability to lift and move packages (as per company weight limits).
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
