Job Description

Urgent Requirement for Picker packer

Interview Time -:- Daily Interview
Salary - 15000 Fixed+ Esi

Attendance Bonus - 1000

Working Hour - 10 hrs
Shift Timings 6am to 4pm 7am to 5pm 9am to 7pm 12am to 10pm
Location - FDM warehouse, Gurgaon
Direct Joining without interview

Key Responsibilities:

Order Picking:
- Locate products in the warehouse according to customer orders or shipping lists.
- Use handheld scanners or printed order sheets to accurately select items.
- Verify that the picked items match order specifications such as size, color, model, and quantity.
Packing and Labeling:
- Carefully pack items in boxes or packaging materials to prevent damage during transit.
- Label packages correctly with shipping labels, barcodes, and tracking information.
- Ensure that packaging meets company standards for safety and presentation.
Inventory Management Support:
- Report inventory discrepancies such as damaged goods, missing stock, or overages to supervisors.
- Assist with stock counts and inventory audits when required.
- Restock picking areas or replenish shelves to maintain efficient workflow.
Shipping Preparation:
- Organize and stage packed orders for pickup or shipment by couriers or delivery personnel.
- Ensure all necessary documentation, such as invoices or delivery notes, is included with the shipment.
- Help load orders onto delivery trucks or pallets when needed.
Equipment Use and Safety:
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, trolleys, and handheld scanners safely and efficiently.
- Follow all health and safety guidelines to maintain a clean and hazard-free workspace.
- Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE), such as gloves, safety shoes, and high-visibility vests.
Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with warehouse supervisors, inventory clerks, and shipping teams.
- Communicate effectively with team members to resolve issues and meet deadlines.
- Participate in daily briefings or team meetings to stay informed about targets and priorities.
