Job Description

Looking for a dedicated Pizza Chef Assistant to support our kitchen team in preparing pizzas and other menu items with quality and speed. Responsibilities include maintaining a clean and organized dining space, assisting with food prep and order assembly, and handling billing and customer service as needed. A passion for food and attention to detail is essential.

Responsibilities:

Prepare pizzas: Assist in Making pizzas based on the menu or customer orders, including a variety of doughs, sauces, and toppings

Prepare ingredients: Wash, chop, and cut vegetables, and slice and grill meats

Maintain kitchen: Sanitize cooking stations, prepare tools, and clean at the end of the day

Manage inventory: Order supplies, monitor food stock, and create budgets

Train staff: Teach other cooks how to prepare food

Provide customer service: Take phone orders, deliver take-out, and resolve customer complaints

Be flexible: Work shifts that are busy, like nights, weekends, and holidays
