Job Description

  1. Project Planning & Execution: Develop detailed daily plans, timelines, and budgets for road construction projects. Coordinate with Hotmix plant, engineers & stakeholders for execution.
  2. Resource Management: Oversee procurement & allocation of materials, equipment & workforce. Monitor inventory levels & coordinate with vendors and suppliers for timely deliveries.
  3. Reporting & Documentation: Prepare and present progress reports, budgets, and updates to senior management and stakeholders. Maintain accurate records of project details, expenses, and compliance documentation.
