Job Description
We are looking for a skilled POS Technical Support Executive to join our team immediate joiner and provide outstanding technical support for Point of Sale (POS) systems. You will be responsible for troubleshooting issues, ensuring smooth system operations, and delivering excellent customer service to our clients. Your role will also include managing software and hardware support for POS systems, as well as maintaining a strong relationship with end users and vendors.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide technical support to customers regarding POS hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Troubleshoot POS system issues including configuration, functionality, and network connectivity.
- Perform installation and setup of POS systems at client locations.
- Respond to service tickets and resolve issues efficiently and effectively.
- Ensure timely resolution of support queries and provide follow-up on open tickets.
- Maintain and update system configurations, software, and documentation.
- Conduct training sessions for clients to improve their understanding of POS system features.
- Monitor POS systems for any technical issues and address them proactively.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.
- Provide on-site support as needed for hardware and software installations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to payment integrations and receipt printing.
- Work closely with vendors and partners to resolve any product or service-related issues.
