Position Title: Power BI SQL and .NET Developer

Work Experience: 5 to 10 years
Location: Mumbai (Worli)
Budget: ₹14-15 LPA

Note: This requirement needs to be filled within one week. Immediate joiners or candidates currently serving their notice period are preferred.

Job Purpose

We are currently seeking an experienced and skilled candidate to join our P&F IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the development, deployment, and administration of various solutions, with expertise in Power BI, SQL, .NET, Power Apps, SharePoint, Data Warehousing, Data Modeling, ETL, and advanced data analysis. This role requires a strong technical background in programming languages like C, C++, and Python, and the ability to turn raw data into actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities

Data Modeling and Reporting:
- Design, develop, and implement effective data models, reports, and visualizations using Power BI, Power Apps, and other BI tools to meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into effective data models and reporting solutions.
- Optimize data models and reports for performance, ensuring quick access to critical insights and seamless data integration.
- Deploy, manage, and maintain reports to provide up-to-date information for decision-makers.
Project Management and Collaboration:
- Work with Agile methodologies and act as an intermediary between stakeholders and developers for seamless requirement gathering and analysis.
- Create and maintain project documentation, including BRD, SOPs, technical documents, and user manuals.
- Implement Row-Level Security and create workspaces to ensure data privacy and collaboration.
- Migrate SSRS reports to Power BI service, ensuring a smooth transition of data and insights.
Technical Development and Support:
- Maintain and manage apps, adhering to information security guidelines for prior and post-deployment.
- Utilize SQL expertise to write DDL and DML queries for data extraction and transformation.
- Develop solutions using Power BI, Power Apps, SharePoint, Data Warehousing, Data Modeling, and ETL.
- Create impactful reports and visualizations for data-driven decision-making.
Industry Best Practices:
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and standards to enhance project quality and efficiency.
- Ensure timely completion of projects and adherence to compliance with SLAs for IT services provided by third-party vendors.
- Control business system changes and system access-related activities as per policy.
- Ensure in-time and quality delivery of services by third parties.

Skills and Abilities

Strong proficiency in Power BI, SQL, .NET, Power Apps, and SharePoint.
Advanced data analysis and visualization skills.
Experience in Data Warehousing, Data Modeling, and ETL.
Strong SQL skills, including stored procedures, joins, and functions.
Familiarity with migrating SSRS reports to Power BI service.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and project management best practices.
Knowledge of Hyperion – good to have PBCS.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
