We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Pre-Primary Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong desire to make a positive impact in the lives of young children from underprivileged backgrounds.
Qualifications:
- Education: B.Ed. and NTT (Nursery Teacher Training)
- Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers with a passion for teaching are welcome to apply)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate, patient, and culturally sensitive
- Fluency in English and Hindi

Key Responsibilities
1. Curriculum Planning and Delivery

Develop and implement engaging lesson plans and learning activities aligned with early childhood development standards.

Use a play-based and inquiry-driven approach to teaching foundational concepts in language, numbers, art, and nature.

Integrate music, storytelling, movement, and imaginative play into daily lessons to promote holistic development.
2. Child Development and Learning
-
Observe and assess each child’s developmental progress and learning needs.

Foster emotional and social skills such as empathy, cooperation, self-regulation, and independence.

Support the development of fine and gross motor skills through indoor and outdoor activities.
3. Classroom Environment
-
Create a warm, welcoming, and safe classroom that encourages exploration and discovery.

Set up and maintain clean, organized, and developmentally appropriate learning areas.

Establish and reinforce classroom routines, rules, and a positive behavior guidance strategy.
4. Communication and Collaboration
-
Maintain open, respectful, and ongoing communication with parents regarding their child’s progress, needs, and daily experiences.

Organize and participate in parent-teacher meetings, workshops, and school events.

Collaborate with other teachers, assistants, and school leadership to ensure consistency and quality in the educational program.
5. Recordkeeping and Documentation
-
Maintain accurate records of each child’s attendance, health status, developmental milestones, and assessments.

Prepare progress reports and portfolios to share with parents and administration.

Document daily activities, incidents, and classroom observations as required.
6. Health, Safety, and Well-being
-
Ensure that all activities and classroom conditions meet safety, hygiene, and health standards.

Administer first aid or comfort to children as needed and report any concerns to parents and supervisors.

Model and teach good hygiene, self-care, and healthy habits.
