Job Description
We are seeking a motivated Pre-Sales Executive to join our team. As a Pre-Sales Executive, you will play a vital role in generating leads, contacting potential and existing customers. Additionally, you will be responsible for building and maintaining our CRM database to ensure effective customer relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
· Generate leads and Identify potential customers.
· Engage with customers via phone calls to understand their needs and offer appropriate solutions.
· Build and maintain a comprehensive CRM database for effective customer relationship management.
· Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets set by the company.
Requirements:
· Previous experience in a pre-sales or Sales role is preferred.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
· Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant sales tools.
· Self-motivated and target-driven mind-set.
