We are seeking a proactive, tech-savvy, and client-focused Pre Sales Executive to join our growing sales and business development team. This role is essential in bridging the gap between the sales and technical teams, ensuring clients fully understand the value and capabilities of our products or solutions before they make a purchasing decision.
As a Pre Sales Executive, you will work closely with account managers, product specialists, and technical teams to provide pre-sales support, deliver product demonstrations, respond to RFPs (Requests for Proposals), and tailor solutions to meet the specific needs of prospective clients. This is a highly collaborative role requiring excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
Inbound/outbound calling on leads generated by the company through marketing efforts to pitch home loan products and ensuring their closure
Clearly and effectively communicating and counseling prospects regarding product information or queries
Achieving targets as assigned by the organization every month
Evaluating basic creditworthiness and eligibility of a customer based on profile, basic documents, and monthly income
Counseling hot digital leads to pitch home loan products and ensuring their closure centrally
Ensuring follow-ups by passing leads to appropriate team members with complete profile information, requirements, sources, etc.
