The Opportunity
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Pre-Sales Executive to support and enhance our sales operations. This pivotal role bridges the gap between marketing and sales, ensuring that high-quality leads are identified, qualified, and nurtured effectively. You will be responsible for understanding customer requirements, proposing tailored solutions, and building strong relationships with prospective clients. Your contributions will directly impact sales efficiency, customer satisfaction, and overall business growth.
Responsibilities
1. Customer Understanding and Engagement
• Serve as the initial point of contact for potential customers, providing a professional and
welcoming experience.
• Conduct in-depth discussions with clients to understand their business needs, challenges, and
goals.
• Develop a deep understanding of customer requirements and align them with our product
offerings.
2. Lead Qualification and Management
• Identify potential clients through cold calling, outbound calls, market research, and marketing
campaigns.
• Qualify leads based on predefined criteria to ensure they meet the company’s target audience and needs.
• Ensure high-quality leads are passed on to the sales team for closure, thereby improving
conversion rates and sales efficiency.
• Follow up with leads at various stages of the sales funnel to maintain engagement and nurture
relationships.
3. Solution Development and Proposal Management
• Work closely with the sales team to craft customized solutions that address specific client needs.
• Prepare detailed proposals, presentations, and quotations that highlight the value and benefits of our Polycarbonate Lexan Sheets and Films.
• Effectively present product features, advantages, and applications to prospective clients during demonstrations or meetings, as required
4. Technical Support and Knowledge Building
• Build and maintain in-depth knowledge of the company’s product range, including technical
specifications and applications.
• Address client queries regarding product performance, usage, and benefits with confidence and accuracy.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external representatives (e.g., Polyvantis) to resolve complex technical inquiries.
• Stay updated on industry advancements, emerging trends, and competitor products to enhance pre-sales strategies.
5. Relationship Building and Client Satisfaction
• Build strong, lasting relationships with potential and existing clients to foster trust and loyalty.
• Act as a bridge between customers and the sales team, ensuring seamless communication and support.
• Gather feedback from clients to continuously improve the pre-sales process and overall customer experience.
6. Market Research and Insights
• Conduct detailed market research to identify new opportunities, customer pain points, and
industry trends.
• Analyze competitor strategies, pricing, and offerings to position our products effectively.
• Share insights and recommendations with the marketing and sales teams to refine targeting
strategies and campaigns.
7. Sales Support and Collaboration
• Assist the sales team in achieving targets by providing valuable pre-sales support and insights.
• Participate in strategy meetings to discuss sales objectives, pipeline status, and market
challenges.
• Support the execution of sales campaigns, trade shows, and other customer engagement
activities.
Qualifications & Skills
Education and Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in a pre-sales, customer relationship management, or sales support role.
Core Skills and Competencies
• Exceptional communication skills in English, Kannada, and Hindi, with the ability to convey
technical information clearly.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities to identify and address client needs effectively.
• Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for reporting and presentations.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• A proactive and self-motivated attitude, with a focus on achieving results.
