Job Title: Pre-Sales Executive (Female Candidates Only)
Location: Dalhousie, Kolkata
Salary: ₹1,80,000 – ₹2,40,000 per annum (Depending on Experience)
Experience: 0 – 1 Year (Real Estate, Insurance, Banking, or Related Sectors)
Qualification: Pursuing Graduation / Completed Graduation

Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Pre-Sales Executive to join our real estate marketing team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and the ability to engage potential clients effectively. Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls to generate leads and schedule site visits.
Follow up with potential clients to understand their property requirements.
Explain project details, pricing, and offers to customers.
Maintain and update customer databases for future follow-ups.
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth client interactions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective buyers.

Key Requirements:
Languages: Must be fluent in Bengali, Hindi, and English.
Experience: 0-1 year in real estate, insurance, banking, or a related sector.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle customer queries and objections professionally.
Proficiency in using CRM tools, Excel, and basic computer applications.
Willingness to work in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
