Job Description

Role and responsibilities:

Responsible for handling the customers inquiry and coordinate with Sales team.

Follow-up with customers.

Asking questions to the customer and understanding their specifications.

Handful knowledge in MS Office and other Basics of computer.

Candidate profile:

Excellent communication skills and willing to work in voice process and ready to work in shifts.

Language Preferred: We are only looking for English and Kannada

Experience: 0-5 Year

Working Days: Six days a week (Including Weekends) will be eligible for a one staggered weekly off during weekdays.

Location: Bellandur, Bangalore
