Responsibilities:
- Making calls to potential customers
- Explaining company services and products
- Maintaining daily call records
- Generate sales by making cold calls to active or old clients
- Use scripts to provide information about products and services, and persuade potential customers to make a purchase.
- Maintain a record of sales made.
Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience as a telecaller or any similar role.
- Proven track record of successfully achieving the sales quota.
- Knowledge of computer programs like CRM and telephone systems.
- Efficient with English.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to resolve issues.
