We seek an experienced Pre-Sales Telecalling Leader to manage and train a team for lead generation and sales appointment setting. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in Insurance or Real Estate with a proven ability to drive performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Hire, Lead, train, and motivate the pre-sales team.
Develop call scripts and strategies to enhance lead conversion.
Ensure seamless coordination with the sales team.
Analyze call reports and optimize processes.
Maintain CRM records and ensure compliance.
Skills & Qualifications:
3+ years in Pre-Sales/Telecalling, with 1+ years in leadership.
Strong team management & communication skills.
Experience with CRM tools & call tracking.
