Job Description

 Managing customers/property seekers and achieving frozen sales target QoQ by various active / passive leads generated from print media or digital media.

 Understanding and working according to client requirements.

 Showing the projects to the interested customers and converting them into genuine buyers.

 Do daily basis follow-ups and keep track of all active leads and ensuring towards closure.

 Communicating with target audiences and managing customer relationships.

 Be a great Team player

 Maintaining and updating customer databases.

 Identify potential customers and generate leads through various channels.

 Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences.

 Engage with prospective clients to discuss their real estate requirements.

 Present and demonstrate the features and benefits of our properties.

 Coordinate with the sales team to support closing deals.

 Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of market trends and competitor activity.
