Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Preschool Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and delivering engaging lesson plans, fostering a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere, and working closely with parents to support their child's development.

Key Responsibilities:

* Curriculum Delivery: Implement age-appropriate curriculum and create engaging lesson plans that promote cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development.

* Classroom Management: Maintain a safe, organized, and stimulating learning environment.

* Child Observation and Assessment: Observe and document children's progress, providing feedback to parents and adapting teaching strategies as needed.

* Parent Communication: Build strong relationships with parents through regular communication, parent-teacher meetings, and progress reports.

* Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other teachers and staff to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning experience.

* Safety and Hygiene: Adhere to all safety and hygiene protocols, ensuring the well-being of all children.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Early Childhood Education or a related field.

* Proven experience working with preschool-aged children.

* Strong understanding of child development principles.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to create and implement engaging lesson plans.

* Patience, creativity, and a genuine love for working with young children.

* Knowledge of local educational standards.

* First aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).
