- Inbound Customer Service Centre for India’s #1 Airline
- Handling inbound calls related to pre / post travel queries from IndiGo Customers worldwide
- Assisting customer with making a reservation/modification/cancellation & Flight Information
- Providing Excellent Customer Service
Eligibility Criteria :
- Mandatory fluency in both English and Hindi
- 24/7*365 days working environment, with 6 working days with 01 rotational Weekly Off
- Transportation is provided ONLY between 9 pm to 5 am
- Any Travel Experience will be an added advantage
Salary : 1.68 LPA + Incentives
