- Sutherland Global Services is hiring both Freshers and Experienced for International Voice Process and Non-Voice Process.
- Looking for candidates with Good communication skills and strong analytical ability.
- Work Location: Velachery / Perungalathur, Chennai (Depends upon the process)
- Any Graduate with Max 3 Arrears.
- Experience 0 to 2 years in BPO Voice/ Non- Voice (inbound/outbound/lead generation).
- Good Communication both verbal and written.
- Should have Good knowledge of Troubleshooting, Customer Service and Customer Handling.
- Should be Flexible with Night shifts (US)
