Roles and Responsibilities:-

As a Process Associate, you will work closely with one or more clients on either one or more of the following tasks:-

Excellent Communication Skills
Project Management
Advanced Excel and MIS Reporting
CRM and Lead Management
Online Research
Lead Generation
Data Management
Social Media Management
Cold Calling
Market Research
Admin Tasks
Executive Assistance (Itinerary Planning, Calendar Management, Inbox Management, Email Management etc.)
