Job Description

We are seeking a process associate for voice-based process analyst who must be fluent in English and be comfortable talking to US clients. You will engage with US customers and help them onboard our systems. You will be determining the needs of our prospective clients and scheduling follow-up calls as applicable.

Qualification:

Any Degree

Good English Fluency

Night shift 6 PM to 4 AM IST

Skills:

Strong verbal communication skills

Ability to handle high call volumes and maintain a positive attitude

Problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
