Job Description

Industry - International inbound calls, chat and Email blended process (BPO).

There are NO sales targets.
Region - North America

Shift - Day and Night Shift Rotational (eg:11am to 7 pm & 8:30 pm to 5:30am)

Work days - 6 days working, Monday to Saturday.

Fixed week off on Sundays.

Candidate Requirements -
Opening (30) Education - High school Diploma, Bachelor's degree, or equivalent. Experience - 6 months experience in international BPO. Language - Moderate to expert communication skills and command of the English language. Salary - 6 - 12 months experience 2.16LPA1 - 4 years experience 2.16LPA to 3LPA and above as per candidate quality and previous CTC
