Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Process Associate to join our team. The role involves handling operational processes, ensuring accuracy, and supporting business functions. The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving abilities, communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently under supervision.

Responsibilities may include:

Performing data entry tasks accurately and efficiently

Generating and analyzing reports to track process performance

Managing and maintaining documentation of operational processes

Coordinating with different teams to ensure smooth workflow

Identifying process improvement opportunities and implementing changes

Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures

Assisting in training new team members on operational processes

Proficient in using MS Office applications
