Job Summary:
We are seeking highly motivated fresh graduates to join our team as Process Associate. This entry-level position is ideal for candidates who are eager to start their career in corporate. As part of the operations team, you will support various stages of the mortgage process, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and efficiency in delivering high-quality services to our US-based clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in processing mortgage loan applications by reviewing documents, verifying data, and ensuring all required information is accurate and complete.
- Perform quality checks on loan documentation, including income, assets, and credit reports.
- Maintain compliance with industry regulations and client-specific guidelines.
- Use internal tools and software to track, document, and update the status of mortgage loans.
- Ensure timely and accurate data entry into the mortgage processing system.
- Communicate effectively with team members to resolve any issues related to mortgage documents.
- Participate in training sessions to understand the US mortgage industry, its regulations, and best practices.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Commerce, Finance, Business, or related fields preferred).
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English.
- Typing Speed - 30 words per minute with 90% accuracy.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word) and the ability to quickly adapt to new software tools.
- Willingness to work night shifts to support US-based clients.
