Job Description

Position: Process Associate - Monitoring Operations

Department: Business Operations

Job Shift: India Night Shifts

Job Location: Karnal, Haryana (onsite)

Qualification: Any Graduate

Responsibilities:

 Monitoring cameras appropriately

 Primary responsibility is to prevent stealing, robberies and inform client, Store Manager, Cashiers.

 Meeting the set targets and will be responsible for the performance of portfolio assigned.

 Providing best services to the client with proactive approach.

 Tracking and reporting suspicious\fraud activities of cashiers\employees of the stores.

 Reporting any suspicious activity on immediate basis without any delay.

 Making notes for each incident observed on the CCTV and creating reports for the same on the company portal in same shift.

 Ensuring that the various details are added to the report like camera position, incident time, and any other information that was gathered by CCTV.

 Check status of his\her report submitted and coordinate if any assistance is required by quality team.

 Adhering to the company policies and floor discipline.

 Should involve in knowledge sharing and motivating other team members
