Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Process Coordinator to join our team at our Kirti Nagar Corporate Office. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in process coordination, proficiency in using FMS (Flow Chart Monitoring System ), and Google Sheets, and a strong ability to manage follow-ups with various departments
Key Responsibilities:
- Process Coordination: Efficiently coordinate and streamline various processes within the facility management department to ensure smooth operations.
- FMS Management: Utilize the System (FMS) for tracking, monitoring, and reporting on facility-related activities and tasks.
- Google Sheets Management: Maintain and update records, reports, and task lists in Google Sheets for effective data management and easy accessibility.
- Follow-ups: Regularly follow up with internal teams, to ensure timely completion of tasks and resolution of issues.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit regular updates, reports, and data to management on progress, issues, and areas of improvement.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role or field.
- Proficiency in using FMS (Facility Management System) and Google Sheets.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with an ability to effectively engage with teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to make strong follow-ups and ensure tasks are completed on time.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
