Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Procurement Coordinator to manage procurement activities and ensure smooth material flow. The ideal candidate will coordinate with vendors, manage purchase orders, and collaborate with internal departments for seamless operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with vendors for the pickup and delivery of materials, ensuring timely and accurate transactions.
- Record and manage inquiries and purchase orders in the system accurately.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely processing of payments and manage logistics-related activities.
- Maintain and update a tracking system for all purchase orders and inquiries to monitor progress and resolve issues efficiently.
- Communicate effectively with vendors and colleagues to address queries and facilitate smooth workflows.
- Draft emails, letters, and other correspondence as required.
Job Requirements:
- Proficiency in MS Word and Excel for documentation and tracking.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with vendors and internal teams effectively.
- Basic English language skills, including the ability to draft professional emails and letters.
- Minimum educational qualification: Any graduate degree.
- A proactive approach with attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
