Job Description

Product advisor: The role of a product advisor is to help companies understand what their customers want and need from their products. They do this by conducting customer research, analyzing data, and making recommendations based on their findings.

In order to be successful in this role, it's important that you have strong analytical skills and are able to effectively communicate your findings to those who need to hear them. Additionally, it's helpful if you're familiar with product management principles and have a solid understanding of the product development process.

Requirements:

1. Candidates with Plus Two qualifications are eligible.

2. Minimum 1 year experience in tele sales required.

3. Proficiency in English.

4. Strong communication in Kannada

Skills:

Communication Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey product information clearly and persuasively.
Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and understand their needs.

Sales and Negotiation Skills:

Ability to upsell or cross-sell products effectively to meet sales targets.

Problem-Solving Skills:

Ability to resolve customer issues or concerns effectively and provide suitable solutions.
Strong analytical skills to understand customer needs and offer tailored product advice.

Technical Knowledge:

Strong knowledge of the products being sold, including features, benefits, specifications, and use cases.
Familiarity with using sales tools, customer relationship management (CRM) software, and product databases.

Customer-Centric Approach:

A customer-first attitude with a focus on delivering exceptional service and building lasting relationships.
Patience and empathy to handle various customer situations with professionalism and care.
