Job Description
Responsibilities:
We are looking for a Product Development Engineer, who is passionate about solving complex problems within the energy space. You will be a part of the close-knit team of rockstars, working on the development of an innovative cleantech product.
· Solving problems through R&D innovation i.e. Product & Process.
· Providing support to R&D managers in research, data collection and reporting.
· Assisting with experiment/project execution.
· Preparation of relevant documents related to the product and the involved processes.
· Active participation in brainstorming sessions for new idea generation
· Execute product improvement initiatives on time as laid down by leadership
What we look for:
· B.Tech/B.E. – Mechanical/ Automotive or equivalent
· 0-2 years of relevant engineering experience
· Self-starter with ability to lead various levels of projects in the company
· Confirmed ability to collaborate with all levels in internally and with customers
Skills/Requirements:
· Patent & technology landscaping
· Engineering data analysis & developing mathematical models
· Understanding of basic thermodynamics & refrigeration systems
· Excel & PowerPoint
· Conducting scientific literature searches to support experimental study design.
· Generating simple statistical summaries and reports of collected data.
