Product Manager
We are seeking an innovative and driven Product Manager to lead the development and enhancement of cutting-edge parking solutions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the parking industry, user-centric design, and technology trends, driving the success of products that simplify parking operations and improve the user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Strategy & Roadmap:

o Develop and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals and customer needs.

o Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer pain points, and opportunities for innovation.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

o Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to deliver high-quality products.

o Gather requirements from internal and external stakeholders and translate them into actionable product features.

Product Development:

o Define and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring timely delivery of features.

o Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring optimal performance and scalability.

Customer Focus:

o Engage with customers and end-users to understand their needs and gather feedback.

o Continuously improve product offerings to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.

Data-Driven Decision Making:

o Analyze key metrics to measure product performance and drive data-informed decisions.

o Identify areas for optimization and implement improvements.

Industry Expertise:

o Stay updated on the latest technologies and trends in the parking industry, such as smart parking systems, IoT, and mobile applications.

o Build partnerships with industry stakeholders to explore innovative solutions.

Qualifications & Skills:

1.Experience:
5+ years of product management experience, preferably in the parking, mobility, or technology sectors.

o Proven track record of successfully managing and launching digital products
2.Technical Expertise:
Strong understanding of IoT, SaaS platforms, and mobile technologies in the parking domain.

o Ability to work with engineering teams on technical product features
3.Soft Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

o Strong problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking.

o Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
4.Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

o MBA or equivalent is a plus.
